I can’t take any credit for either the discovery or recent promotion of this documentary myself – that is all down to the guys at NTS. However after only recently managing to finish the whole thing (it is in 6 parts, and for some reason it took me 3 sittings) it is too good for me not to give it another mention.
Although there isn’t too much for me to say (all the info you need on the man himself is in the film) the broad range of topics covered within are a real eye opener. His multiple wives (or Queens as they were known), The Shrine, The Kalakuta Republic, and his political views and intentions all get an airing, however the fact that there is such a detailed (and color) documentary in existence should be enough for you to get going.
Each of the parts is available to watch below.
