Mo Kolours – Boiler Room Live Set (July 2012)

A few weeks ago, Mo Kolours made his third appearance on the Boiler Room. The line up on the night was generally pretty special, with Jesse Boykins III kicking things off and IG culture upping the tempo in preparation for Owiny Sigoma Bands headline set. The performance from Mo Kolours however differed from previous live PA’s, showcasing his updated take on previous performances using loops created live to build each track spontaneously.

As well as playing the hits we are so familiar with by now, Mo Kolours also debuted several tracks from his forthcoming (and I believe final) EP on One Handed Music. As per usual the new material sounds different from anything else out there, and judging by conversations had with those in the know is due to top anything we have heard previously.

As per usual with the Boiler Room gang, you can head over to the site and check out the set from the night via the link here. However things have changed slightly, and you will have to register with the website to enable online viewing. Alternatively you can just check the video itself below.
